Ivan Beritashvili. In training with the champion

On September 25, 2021, we arrived at Ivan Beritashvili's training session. Ivan is a famous gripstrongman. Previously, he participated in serious grabbing competitions, and he himself held a lot of competitions.

I met Ivan through the Vkontakte social network in 2011 and since then we have never met in person.

We watched Ivan train, squeezed grippers, GM150 gripmeter, tried to lift a blob of 24 kg and much more.

The meeting was held as a training session, not as an interview, so they didn't ask much questions. But, nevertheless, Ivan told some interesting points.
